She also supports clients in the IP aspects of acquisitions and divestitures.

Sally has been representing clients in technology transactions and licensing matters for over thirty years. She prides herself on developing strong relationships with her clients, and helping them to achieve practical solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Prior to establishing her firm, Sally worked for several years at WilmerHale, where she was a member of the technology transactions and licensing group. Prior to joining WilmerHale, she was a partner in a boutique patent firm in Boston.
Sally is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a registered patent attorney and holds three certifications in privacy through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/US, CIPP/E and CIPM). She received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. in mathematics and modern languages from Union College.
She is a past co-chair of the Internet and Technology Section of the Boston Bar Association.
